For over 15 years, Emerald has been a TIA Performance Certified broker.  We are dedicated to the highest level of ethics and adopt strict best practices by adhering to the Performance Certified Program rules. By being certified, the program provides a guarantee of payment to our carriers in excess of the $75,000 surety bond required by the FMCSA to conduct business as a licensed broker.

We consistently maintain a credit rating between 95-100 and are pre-qualified with all major factoring companies.

We carry $100,000 Non Follow Form Contingent Auto, Contingent Cargo, and standard Cargo liability. Non Follow Form coverage removes most exclusions that traditional policies contain, which further helps protect our customer's interests.
